We Offer Remote Support and Free Pick Up

Dear Customers

We hope you are all staying safe. This is a strange and scary time for all of us. The best we can do at the moment is listen to the experts and try to keep a cool head.

As for us here at Hero Tech Support, we will continue to help as much as we can.

Remote Support

Firstly, we offer remote support! So any problems you have with the software on your computer we can take a look at and no-one has to leave the house.

FREE Pick Up and Collection

Secondly we still offer free pick up and collection for any repairs you may need. All devices will be disinfected before and after the repair. We still recommend doing this yourself when you get your device back to stay on the safe side! 

Once you’ve let us know you need a repair we’ll give you a call to run through our procedure thoroughly to ensure we can all adhere and stay safe.

Supporting Our Local Community

And lastly, to all our customers. If you are self isolating and need assistance please let us know, we’re happy to bring you a bit of shopping or supplies if you need our support or not. Please do not be shy about asking!
